After Effects 3D Stroke in Flash 8
Here’s another demo of an FLV file with embedded alpha channel. This one uses the 3D Stroke effect for After Effects made by Trapcode. This is great because all of the cool plugin effects can now be used in your Flash movies!

This is wonderful. the ability to mix flash and ae BUT, those filesizes must be discouraging… do u optimize the video, before bringing it into flash
The video is an external FLV file so the SWF is tiny. This site is for my experimentation only so these aren’t meant to be things that you would use on a “Jacob Neilsen” site.

it seems like it’s what you’re talking about here. but i’m trying to get a stronger and more tutorial-like understanding of how to do this in regards to having these alpha images of these people talking. it’s so amazing.

Yeah but how do you integrate after effects into flash ? are there any tuts on this ? I’ve done few things but they always end up chunky … too chunky for web …
